    This is something to think about but I would have to look into Spain’s economy as a whole before I would consider investing there. I live is south Florida and many Europeans are buying up the property here so much so that it makes it almost impossible unless you have cash to buy property here. we tried last spring and made 12 offers on different property and were beat out on all of them by investors and foreign buyers.

    Real estate has generally been a good investment for the most part and now that the market is coming back this could be something I would be interested in.
